Fudge Sundae “Icecream” Cupcakes

  • one box chocolate cake mix (I used Devil’s Food)
  • 1 cup extra flour
  • one tub whipped vanilla frosting
  • confectioners sugar
  • milk
  • one jar sundae fudge
  • sprinkles
  • ice cream cones

Make the cake according to the box. Add 1 cup extra flour for thicker cake. Bake for 14-15 minutes.

Cut holes in top and fill with fudge.

Add ~1 cup and a splash of milk to expand the frosting tub. Frost. Garnish with broken ice cream cones and sprinkles. Refrigerate until needed.
